Strategic AI, Marketing, and Executive Consulting for Visionary CEOs and Brands in Scottsdale.
HUNGRY FOR MORE SALES AND PROFIT?
Dear Scottsdale Visionary,
Let’s not waste breath with fake handshakes and LinkedIn woo woo. Scaling a business in this market isn’t some slideshow in a co working space where a guy with no P&L experience clicks through a Canva deck on “growth hacks” like he’s Moses handing down funnels from the mountaintop. It’s a knife fight.
You’re either in the trenches swinging for market share or face down in another agency fairy tale that sold you big dreams and ghosted faster than your Q2 metrics. They promise revenue and deliver a Google Drive folder titled “Final Final Version V7.”
But here you are. Still grinding. Still obsessed with growth. Still reading this like it owes you money.
That tells me one thing.
You actually give a damn.
While half the market is busy polishing pitch decks for pre revenue dreams, you’re still in the arena
bruised
caffeinated
and dangerous.
You want measurable results.
You want leads that convert.
You want campaigns that dominate.
You want clarity in execution that doesn’t require ten meetings and a whiteboard séance where someone draws three circles and says the word “synergy.” Yuck!
You want to stop guessing.
You want to stop waking up at 3 a.m. wondering where the next customer is going to come from.
You are not here to philosophize.
You are here to win.
I’m Robby. Not a guru. Not another agency mascot wearing a hoodie and quoting revenue stats they didn’t earn.
I’m the one companies call when the fluff stops working.
When the spreadsheet says red.
When the wheels are shaking and traction is just a buzzword people are afraid to define.
I have answers. Real ones.
Built from nearly two decades of swinging, scaling, bleeding, and winning.
I drank the Kool Aid so you wouldn’t have to.
And now I’m handing you the same glass.
Take a sip. Everything changes after that.
We bring the full arsenal.
Real world EOS® traction strategies that don’t live in binders.
They live in calendars, checklists, and revenue spikes that make accountants nervous.
Brand identity that punches so far above its weight class it leaves your competitors Googling what hit them… twice.
Then wishing they trademarked it first.
Digital campaigns that don’t just run. They stomp, stretch, scale,
and send Slack channels into panic mode because the sales team can’t keep up.
Operational systems that work harder than most people’s CMOs.
These aren’t dashboards. These are weapons.
Built to overwhelm. Engineered to convert. Designed to dominate.
This isn’t theory.
It’s tested. Proven. Deployed.
The same system I built in the fire.
Now it’s yours.
This isn’t some dusty consultant playbook sitting on a shelf next to the business cards of people who vanished after the kickoff call.
We don’t “advise.”
We build.
We execute.
We fix what’s broken and light up what works.
No disappearing acts. No nonsense. Just results.
We are in it.
Sleeves rolled. KPIs bleeding green.
Slack is blowing up. Funnels are firing. Coffee is gone. Numbers are climbing.
Every strategy is executed.
Every metric is tightened.
Every goal is crossed off with a sharpie and a smirk.
This is not agency theater. This is war. And we came to win.
If you’re just launching and it feels like you’re pushing a beat up shopping cart uphill with three missing wheels and a wobbly landing page, I see you.
You’re doing everything right and still moving one inch at a time.
If you’re already in motion and it feels like you’re driving a Ferrari stuck in first gear, engine roaring but nowhere to go, I see you too.
You built the power. Now you need the precision.
This isn’t a guessing game anymore.
It’s time to get control of the wheel.
It’s time to scale like you mean it.
You are not here for average.
You are here for explosive growth.
You are here for marketing that doesn’t pad a report—it fuels your payroll.
You are here to build something that chews up excuses and spits out cash.
If you’re tired of the polite route
If you’re sick of chaos disguised as creativity
If you’re ready to stop guessing and start scaling with violent clarity
Then let’s fcking go.
We bring the execution.
You bring the guts.
This is your moment.
This is your match.
Let’s light it up.

Are you ready to go from chaos to clarity?

My story with digital media didn’t begin in a classroom or behind a screen. It began backstage—on the set of Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman, where my dad, Lane Smith, brought Perry White to life.
Every afternoon after school, I’d step into a world most people only see on television. Cameras. Lights. Quiet moments charged with intention. I’d stand in the corners and just watch. I was young, but even then I could feel something was happening. Something built with care.
I was so focused on the details, I honestly believed the wrinkles in my dad’s suit were being pulled by strings from the rafters. I thought someone was assigned to control the creases.
That kind of imagination didn’t just entertain me. It trained me.
It showed me what most people miss—that the difference between good and unforgettable lives in the smallest things.
At NYU, that obsession only grew louder. I studied light more than lecture notes. I broke films down frame by frame. Every shadow. Every line. Every beat that made someone sit forward in their seat.
I wasn’t chasing fame. I was chasing truth.
The why behind what moves people.
Later, I stepped in front of the camera. I became the national Pizza Hut guy. Then came a few roles in TV and commercials—short gigs that shaped my understanding of performance in ways a classroom never could.
I didn’t just learn to deliver lines. I learned to hold attention.
To breathe with the scene.
To own the frame.
Those years gave me more than credits.
They gave me a foundation.
A lens for how I see everything—frame, function, feeling, and flow.
It’s the same lens I use today.
And wherever the story leads next
Let’s light it up.
I always thought I’d be a director. A storyteller. Someone who could move people with nothing but a camera and a gut feeling. I even got a film called Paint partly financed. It was all heart and ambition. I poured everything into it—every shot, every scene, every ounce of belief—only to watch it fall apart just before the finish line.
That kind of failure doesn’t ask for permission. It either crushes you or it carves something sharper inside you.
At the time, I was working at Animal Planet, editing on the side just to keep the creative itch alive. One day, a producer named Phillip Lott caught a glimpse of a music video I had cut for a friend. He leaned in.
"Let me see that," he said.
That single moment cracked open something new.
Suddenly, I wasn’t just editing. I was on set. Holding the Steadicam. Shaping shots. Guiding vision. I was part of something that pulsed with energy and precision. The shoots got bigger. The names louder. I found myself working with artists like Muse, Wiz Khalifa, and Rihanna—not just filming them, but building scenes that meant something.
I became fluent in every Adobe program. I learned every camera. I studied the roles of grip and gaffer as closely as I had once studied dialogue. From color correction to set construction, from timelines to typography, I didn’t just observe the craft.
I became it. I became the Swiss Army knife of storytelling.
The Shift: From Creative Hand to Brand Architect
Because of the skills I had stacked—from cinematography to design to execution—an agency owner and friend of mine started pulling me into client work. First it was labels for major website. Then websites. Then full-blown brand takeovers and ad campaigns.
Before I knew it, I had designed over 1,000 product labels, many of which you can find today on the shelves of your local supermarket. But it didn’t stop there. The brands took notice. They didn’t just want deliverables. They wanted direction. They wanted someone to treat the brand like it was mine.
That’s exactly what I did.
It started with Promera, then evolved into full-scale brand leadership for SweetLeaf. We’re talking NASCAR tracks. National commercials. Digital. Print. Trade shows. Retail. VIRAL MOMENTS. The works.
“Need a commercial?” I’ve got you. Here’s the crew. Here’s the vision. Here’s how we shoot it.
“Need a website that converts?” Done. Let’s wireframe it, write it, and ship it.
“Need a slogan? A rebrand? A comeback strategy?” Say less. Let’s get to work.
I didn’t become a vendor. I became the brain behind the brand.
The Resurrection: Why I Do This
On June 11th, 2021, I died.
Flatlined. Three minutes and forty-eight seconds. Gone.
Not because of bad luck.
Because I was an alcoholic. Because I got lost.
I was depressed, spiraling, trying to numb what I should’ve been facing. That day didn’t just take my breath. It stripped everything away but the truth.
And somehow, I came back.
You’d think that would’ve been the wake-up call, right?
But it wasn’t.
I relapsed. Again.
Because change isn’t a straight line.
Because shame has claws.
Because sometimes healing hurts more than the thing that broke you.
But I got back up. Again.
Since then, I’ve chosen a different life.
No booze.
No white bags.
No running from myself.
No more just surviving—I’m living.
I live clean. I live clear. I live like every day might be my last—because one of them already was.
I’m a proud member of AA.
And I believe in second chances.
And third chances.
And fourth ones too.
Because I’ve needed them all.
And I’ll fight for anyone else who does too.
That same fire that brought me back?
It shows up in every brand I touch.
Every message. Every meeting. Every damn metric.
This isn’t marketing to me.
It’s redemption through results.
So if you’ve ever felt counted out
If you’ve ever hit the bottom, then bounced
If you’re building something that matters with nothing but belief and bruises—
I see you. I’m with you. And I’m bringing everything I’ve got.
Let’s light it up.
The Stitch: Why I’m Here
I’ve worn every hat in this game—director, editor, brand lead, strategist, survivor.
I’ve built brands from nothing. Rebuilt myself from less.
I know what it feels like to be overlooked, overwhelmed, and underestimated.
And I know what it takes to turn all of that into firepower.
That’s why I don’t show up with fluff.
I show up with a plan.
I show up with heart.
I show up with the same obsession I bring to my own life—to do it right, to do it bold, and to do it all-in.
Whether you’re launching, scaling, stuck, or simply ready to stop wasting time—I’m here to build with you.
Not just consult.
Not just design.
Not just market.
Build.
The kind of brand people remember. The kind of growth you feel in your bones.
The kind of results that silence the doubters—including that voice in your own head.
So if you’re done playing small
If you’re ready for clarity, courage, and campaigns that convert
Let’s light it up.

DYNOSAFE was recently featured on season 12 of ABC’s Shark Tank. Mark Cuban and Robert Herjavec invested. When we began working with DYNOSAFE, they only had one working prototype combined with amateur design and marketing. We made them an investment-worthy company with powerful visuals, helping them reach the world’s biggest stage for inventions and consumer packaged goods.

Robby, Chief Integrator
Welcome! I’m Robby, Founder and Creative Lead here at [Agency Name]. I’m passionate about helping brands unlock their next level through bold strategy, unforgettable creative, and digital experiences that convert.
A bit about my roots—my dad, Lane Smith, was known for roles in Lois & Clark and My Cousin Vinny. His dedication to his craft sparked my early career in acting, but my true passion emerged in the world of branding, marketing, and design. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with leading names in entertainment, consumer goods, and fashion—including Kylie by Kylie Jenner and L’Oréal.
After overcoming a life-changing battle due to heart issues, I’ve brought even more heart, purpose, and perspective to every project I touch. With over 10,000 creative campaigns behind me, I understand what it takes to deliver on time, on budget, and beyond expectations.
Today, I lead a dedicated team of makers, marketers, and visionaries ready to help you scale what’s next. Let’s build something unforgettable.

“Discovering Robby was a turning point for us. He brought another dimension of design and marketing that had been missing. Robby and his team possess an endless reservoir of ideas that engage visitors and customers, and they couple that with ingenious methods of keeping costs down.”
“Robby’s perseverance and resourcefulness are unmatched. For example we commissioned Robby to produce a remote 3-day blitz of video coverage at the World Championship CrossFit games where two of our athlete influencers were competing.. Only a few days before the event… we had bad news... Companywide budget cuts nixed the project, or so we thought. Everyone was disappointed over missing a huge marketing opportunity…”
“Somehow, Robby saw that setback as a challenge to reimagine the project. The result was a new production budget too good to pass up. With less than 48 hours to book flights, assemble his crew, and manage equipment logistics, Robby traveled over 1000 miles to cover the event that started the next day. His real-time video feeds to our social media team provided 3 packed days of sizzling, high-energy content that elevated awareness of our sports nutrition products to global audiences.”
“Robby and DESIGN THAT GOOD are a winning team, and I recommend them to any company that wants this extra dimension of performance.”
-Don Raymond, Brand Manager - Promera Sports
